As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you’ll bring expert care directly to patients where they feel most comfortable—their homes. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions, making a real and lasting impact every single day.
What You’ll Do
Provide personalized physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function
Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans
Track progress and communicate updates to the care team

Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current and valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New Mexico.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
