Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 yearly DOE plus full benefits

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in a private outpatient setting in Pompano Beach, FL. This position focuses on evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and helping them return to daily activities with better movement and less discomfort. It is a strong fit for someone who values one-on-one care and a predictable workweek.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and establish therapy goals
• Develop and carry out treatment programs
• Use clinical judgment to adapt treatment when needed
• Guide patients through exercises and functional mobility work
• Provide education on follow-up care and at-home routines
• Keep records complete, accurate, and current

Requirements:
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
