Physical Therapist - PT | Brooklyn, NY | Part-Time | School Day or After School
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide individualized support to a high school student in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents in a school or clinical setting and will be committed to helping students achieve their functional and mobility goals.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to the assigned high school student.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the student, family, and school team.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency across school and home environments.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• Experience working with adolescents or students with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow school protocols.
Schedule:
