Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Somerset, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90K to $110K a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time outpatient setting. You will work one-on-one with patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support safe recovery. The day-to-day work includes evaluations, treatment planning, exercise instruction, and helping patients stay consistent with their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
• Create treatment plans that address each patient’s condition and goals
• Deliver physical therapy treatments using exercise, stretching, and manual therapy
• Monitor patient response and modify treatment as appropriate
• Teach proper movement patterns and home exercise programs
• Maintain timely and complete patient records
• Coordinate care with the clinical team as needed

Requirements:
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and treatment planning
• Ability to manage a full-time patient schedule effectively
• Previous outpatient experience preferred
