Position Overview
The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and treats patients across the lifespan, developing and implementing individualized care plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This role includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation support staff.

Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Travel: None required

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan, including pediatric through geriatric populations
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes
Supervise and mentor PTAs and rehabilitation support staff
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Minimum Qualifications
Licensure: Current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility)
Certification: Current CPR certification
Experience: Pediatric and/or neurological rehabilitation experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
