The Rural Health Enterprise (RHE) and Washington Healthcare Staffing Network (WHSN) support rural healthcare across Washington State. WHSN is a clinician-focused staffing agency owned by 23+ rural hospitals, connecting clinicians with meaningful work in the communities that need them most.

Position Summary

We’re seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) for multi-week contracts at rural Washington hospitals. Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, acute care, and swing bed.

Location: Various rural hospitals throughout Washington

Employment Type: Multi-week contracts available

Pay Scale: $17.13-$60.00

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans

Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions

Document care per facility standards

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Active Washington State PT license

1+ year PT experience (acute care preferred)

BLS certification

Strong communication skills and adaptability
