Licensed Physical Therapist
Location: Normandy Park, WA near Seattle, WA
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year plus full benefits
Job Summary
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient office serving the Normandy Park and greater Seattle area. In this role, you will evaluate patients, provide targeted treatment, and help individuals improve movement and function in a practical, results-focused setting. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants a predictable schedule, one-on-one patient time, and a clinical environment built around quality care.
Responsibilities
• Conduct patient evaluations and establish appropriate therapy goals
• Develop treatment plans based on diagnosis, presentation, and functional needs
• Deliver skilled interventions including exercise, mobility training, and manual techniques
• Reevaluate patients and update care plans based on progress and clinical judgment
• Instruct patients on home programs and safe movement strategies
• Maintain complete and timely patient records
• Help create a professional and welcoming experience for every patient visit
Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain before start
• CPR certification
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and clear patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
