Location: Boca Raton, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour
Salary: $80K to $100K per year DOE plus full benefits

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient clinic in Boca Raton, FL. You will work with patients recovering from injury, surgery, and physical limitations by providing treatment that improves strength, function, and movement. The pace is manageable, with one patient scheduled each hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and reassessments
• Build treatment plans that match patient goals and condition
• Lead therapy sessions using exercises and treatment techniques
• Track recovery and update care plans as patients progress
• Teach patients proper movement patterns and injury prevention
• Maintain organized and timely documentation

Requirements:
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
