Physical Therapist Assistant | Full-Time

We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient physical therapy practice in Somerville, NJ. This role offers a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, 1 patient per hour, and a salary of $70K–$80K/year DOE plus full benefits.

Summary
You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and progress through their treatment plans in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through exercises and therapy activities
• Monitor patient progress during sessions
• Document treatments and report updates
• Help keep the treatment area organized

Requirements:
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
