Physical Therapist Assistant | Full-Time

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice in Raritan, NJ. This full-time opportunity includes a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday schedule, 1 patient an hour, and $70K–$80K/year DOE plus full benefits.

Summary
This role focuses on helping patients move through their physical therapy program safely and effectively by providing direct treatment under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Support treatment sessions for outpatient patients
• Instruct patients through therapy exercises
• Monitor patient tolerance and participation
• Record treatment notes and progress
• Communicate updates to the Physical Therapist

Requirements:
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
