Location: Sacramento, CA
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 per year

Summary
This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-standard care through supervised treatment, patient education, and thorough documentation. You’ll work in partnership with the Physical Therapist to ensure each patient session is productive, safe, and aligned to plan-of-care goals.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under a Physical Therapist’s supervision and direction
• Demonstrate and progress exercises based on the established plan of care
• Provide gait training, balance work, and functional movement activities
• Monitor tolerance, pain levels, and performance during sessions
• Support patient follow-through with home program instruction
• Document treatment, progress, and response to care in the EMR
• Assist with maintaining equipment and clinic readiness

Requirements:
• PTA degree from an accredited program
• Arizona PTA license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification
• Basic comfort with EMR/documentation systems
• Strong patient communication and professionalism
