Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private physical therapy outpatient practice in Bridgewater, NJ. This is a full-time role with a M–F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, 1 patient an hour, and $70K–$80K/year DOE plus full benefits.

Summary
In this role, you will provide direct patient treatment, support recovery plans, and help patients build strength, function, and movement from visit to visit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient treatment sessions
• Lead therapeutic exercises and activities
• Observe and report patient response
• Complete daily documentation
• Support the Physical Therapist with patient care follow-through

Requirements:
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
