Physical Therapist – Acute Care / Rehab (Wound Care Focus Preferred)

About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a dynamic acute care setting. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient recovery by delivering high-quality, individualized care while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, goals, and care strategies
Deliver hands-on therapy and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to students and new clinicians
Participate in or lead in-service education and training
Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Nevada Physical Therapist license
2 years of Wound care experience as a Physical Therapist
Current Wound Care Certification or eligibility to obtain within 12 months
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Preferences will be given to applicants who document the following:
Current Wound Care Certification
Recent PT experience in a fast paced Acute Care Facility and/or Rehab facility
Key Skills & Strengths
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning abilities
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic modalities
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement

Work Environment
