We are looking for highly motivated, experienced, and passionate, PHY SW Team manager for the research and development of advanced and cutting-edge cellular communication solutions for our 4G products.

What you'll do::
• Lead a team responsible for real-time Physical Layer Software in our 4G products.
• Take an active role in the full development life cycle of PHY features, from initial design through to integration in an end-to-end system
• Hands-on involvement in architecture, implementation, validation, testing and integration.

What you must have::
• Previous experience of management or technical leadership within SW development teams.
• Strong background in digital signal processing or physical layer of cellular technologies, 4G technology strong advantage.
• Experience in wireless communication systems
• Good working knowledge of C and/or C++.
• Experience of RT Software Development in Linux environment on multi-processor platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, team worker, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Fluency in English

Education::
• BSc. in Communication engineering, Computer/SW engineering, Signal processing or other Engineering relevant discipline.
• MSc. in any of the above – advantage
