PHP Lead Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the architecture of PHP applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead technical planning and design sessions, driving critical technology and design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure applications meet rigorous security and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and support development teams, conducting code reviews and offering technical guidance.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance functionality, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in PHP development and architecture, with deep expertise in frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
• Strong command of software design principles, including MVC, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and expertise in caching, load balancing, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high-quality software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Vue.js, React) to support integrated architecture design.
• PHP Lead Architect certification or equivalent credentials.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:
