Job Description

We are looking for a Fullstack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications across the entire stack. This role requires deep expertise in our core technologies—PHP with the Laravel framework for the back-end, Vue.js, React.js and modern JavaScript for the front-end, and deployment/infrastructure management on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will be a true full-stack generalist, capable of handling everything from cloud infrastructure setup and database design to writing server-side logic and crafting responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Experience working in the medical or clinic industry is a distinct advantage, as this role may involve developing and integrating features related to healthcare data, electronic medical records, or secure patient portals, requiring a strong emphasis on data privacy and security compliance.

• Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of new features and maintain existing applications using PHP/Laravel for the backend and VueJS/JavaScript for the frontend.
• Cloud & DevOps: Configure, deploy, and manage applications and services within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, App Engine, Cloud Functions, GKE), including CI/CD pipeline management is optional but advantageous.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage database schemas (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL) and write efficient SQL queries to ensure data integrity and application performance.
• API Development: Build and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the front-end, back-end, and external services.
• Front-End Expertise: Can create high-quality, reusable, and responsive front-end components using Vue.js/React.js, HTML5, and CSS.
• Collaboration & Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, users, other developers) and ensure code quality through rigorous unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices, particularly regarding data privacy (e.g., HIPAA compliance in a medical context), and optimize applications for speed and scalability.

• Previous experience developing software solutions for the medical, clinic, or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) are nice to have.
• Experience with secure data handling and encryption practices in a cloud environment.
