Our Client OLX is looking for PHP Developer

Job Designation: PHP Developer

Job Location:Gurgaon

Experience: 4-6Years.

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech

About the Client:

We are looking for experts for our OLX India team in Gurgaon to support us in development of websites currently used by over 180 million users in Brazil, Argentina, India, Portugal, Poland, Ukraine, and many other countries. If PHP has no secrets for you and you know how to serve traffic of a few billion page views a month, apply for this job! We may need you!

Tasks:

• Develop functionalities of olx.in and its international counterparts

• Develop in-house back office tools

• Search for and suggest new IT solutions

Requirements:

• At least several years’ experience in web development

• Advanced knowledge of PHP and experience in working with different frameworks

• Very good knowledge of JavaScript, in particular jQuery

• Excellent understanding of Object-oriented Programming (OOP) rules

• Experience with Java development

• Knowledge on how to prepare the code for changing requirements

• Extensive experience with MySQL database (including its optimization)

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases

• Knowledge of version control systems (GIT, SVN)

• Awareness of threats relating to web application security and knowledge on how to eliminate them

• Application of Quality Assurance methods already at the programming stage

• Ability to communicate in English
