We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Photo Production Coordinator to play a key role in the coordination of product photography, visual content workflows, and asset management. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects with efficiency and precision. A background in photography and/or design is a plus, although this is not a hands-on role for either.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow established systems and workflows to support the visual content process efficiently and accurately, as well as helping to improve workflow ongoing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure all necessary assets and materials (production information) are collected before project kickoff.
• Collaborate with Product Development and UX teams to confirm product details are accurate and reflected properly in all creative outputs.
• Support photo shoot preparation, including:
• Ordering samples and props as needed
• Booking food stylists and coordinating grocery lists
• Shopping for groceries when applicable
• Confirming all items are accounted for ahead of time per Art Director guidance
• Assisting on set as needed during shoots
• Maintain and update a roster of freelance creatives (photographers, stylists, editors, etc.)
• Manage digital file systems:
• Ensure image server is organized and accessible
• File and store imagery from freelance contributors
• Track and manage timelines and deliverables for all photography, rendering, and retouching projects by maintaining appropriate Monday boards
• Accountable for reporting status for all photography projects in status meetings.
• Distribute final visuals to appropriate internal teams and maintain an organized archive of all files
• Support additional creative and production-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
• Relevant experience in creative production, photography coordination, or visual content management (consumer goods or lifestyle brands preferred)
• Strong eye for aesthetics, photography, and design
• Understanding of LLMs
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Proficiency with file management systems and cloud storage platforms
• Self-starter with excellent communication and follow-through
Salary Range (commensurate with experience)
$60,000—$70,000 USD
