In this role, you will be responsible for performing blood draws and ensuring the proper collection, labelling, and handling of specimens. Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures, verify patient information, label specimens correctly, maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, and adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related phlebotomy experience strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of medical laboratory technology desired.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and patient interaction skills. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
