Are you passionate about shaping the future of data management with GenAI and Agentic AI in enterprises? In this position, you will conduct cutting-edge research in data management, working closely with Fortune 500 companies.
You will be working in the Competence Center Corporate Data Quality (CC CDQ), a leading European research consortium and expert community in the field of data management, while conducting your PhD in one of our partner universities. As member of the CC CDQ research team, you will play a key role in driving the co-innovation activities around the following topics:
• Generative AI and Agentic AI for data management
• Data and AI Governance
Your mission::
• review the current state of research and practice, analyze challenges in multinational firms as well as emerging technologies and trends.
• develop innovative concepts, methods, and tools for data management.
• engage with practitioners within the CC CDQ community to present, discuss and evaluate your research findings, ensuring they have real-world impact.
• contribute to the academic field of information systems by publishing articles in top-tier journals and presenting at prestigious international conferences.
• support teaching activities, including supervising projects and Master theses.
How you thrill us::
• a passion for and demonstrated experience in data and AI, especially in fields such as Generative AI, agentic AI, and data and AI governance.
• strong interest in exploring challenges and opportunities in multinational firms.
• a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or Management, or a related field.
• professional experience and/or internships in relevant areas.
• excellent analytical and communication skills.
• good writing skills and fluency in English.
