We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to serve as PHC Marketer. Position Summary
The PHC Marketer serves as a community liaison responsible for developing referral relationships, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance of Personal Assistance Services (PAS/PHC). This role plays a critical part in expanding community awareness of services while maintaining high standards of care delivery in accordance with HHSC regulations and agency policies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the agency and referral sources, community organizations, and healthcare partners.
Educate the community about Personal Assistance Services (PAS/PHC) and eligibility requirements.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with case managers, discharge planners, community organizations, and healthcare providers.
Identify opportunities for program growth and increased community awareness.
Represent the agency at community events, meetings, and outreach activities.
Ensure all marketing activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and agency policies.
Conduct initial, supervisory, and follow-up visits with PHC clients to ensure quality and satisfaction of care.
Monitor attendant performance, documentation, and compliance with care plans.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to attendants.
Coordinate with office staff to ensure accurate service delivery and timely reporting.
Assist with incident reporting, care plan updates, and annual reassessments.
Ensure compliance with HHSC regulations and agency standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports promptly.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for qualified attendants.
Promote effective communication between office staff, field staff, clients, and families.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year experience in PHC/PAS, home health, healthcare marketing, or supervisory role.
Knowledge of Texas PHC/PAS program requirements and HHSC compliance preferred.
Strong communication, marketing, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EVV systems, and EMR documentation preferred.
