We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with a background in U.S. retail pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using PrimeRx, managing prescription data entry, processing automatic refills, and communicating professionally with patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter prescriptions accurately into the PrimeRx system.
• Process and manage automatic refill requests for patients.
• Communicate with patients regarding prescription status, refills, and basic inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information.
• Assist with pharmacy administrative tasks and workflow coordination.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Virtual Assistant in a U.S. retail pharmacy.
• Hands-on experience using PrimeRx pharmacy software.
• Strong understanding of retail pharmacy workflows and prescription processing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
