We start our unlicensed technicians at $15, then reward them with a merit increase of $2 upon becoming licensed. We have an established licensing process for our unlicensed technicians to help them grow in the world of pharmacy and become fully licensed. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in filling prescriptions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to pharmacy regulations

Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred but not required

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR LICENSED PHARMACY TECHNICIAN or TECHNICIAN TRAINEE

This is a full-time position typically working five 8-hour shifts (9 am - 5:30 pm)

In this Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee position, you are responsible for accurately filling prescriptions for residents in long-term care facilities. Our training program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to work towards obtaining your license.
