We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Pune, India. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing our pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, and providing expert advice to patients. The ideal candidate will combine their pharmaceutical expertise with strong analytical and customer service skills to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Dispense medications accurately and provide expert advice to patients on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards, including local regulations in Pune
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
• Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical products
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures for medication storage and handling
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns professionally
• Stay updated on new medications, industry trends, and best practices in pharmacy management
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff on proper procedures and customer service standards
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and financial transactions
• Participate in continuing education programs to enhance pharmaceutical knowledge and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) required
• Valid pharmacist license and current registration with the Pharmacy Council of India
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and side effects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements, including local regulations in Pune
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software
• Experience in medication therapy management preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on pharmaceutical advancements
• Familiarity with regional healthcare practices and patient needs in Pune, India
