Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing multiple brands across the UK, Amsterdam, USA and Dubai, all operating under the same holding group. You will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise performance and overall success.

The PIC acts as the primary liaison with the DHA for inspections, audits, and licensing, with responsibilities covering operational, regulatory, and managerial duties:

• Regulatory Compliance: Responsible for compliance with MOHAP/DHA rules regarding dispensing, storing, and recording controlled substances (CD-A and CD-B).
• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory control, workflow optimization, and staff scheduling.
• Controlled Drugs Management: Accountable for recording, tracking, and disposing of narcotics and psychotropic substances.
• Patient Safety & Counseling: Oversee drug dispensing, verify prescriptions, and ensure high-quality patient counseling on medication usage.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, and trainees to ensure they follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Audit Readiness: Implement internal audits and maintain all necessary records to meet Dubai Health Authority standards

Requirements:
DHA requirements for a Pharmacist in Charge typically include higher experience levels compared to general pharmacists:

• Licensure: Active, valid DHA Pharmacist License.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent (minimum 4-year curriculum).
• Experience: Generally a minimum of 3 to 5 years of pharmacy experience is required for a managerial or "In-Charge" role.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE pharmacy laws, specifically regarding controlled substances.
• Skills: Leadership ability, strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus), and attention to detail.
