A respected healthcare provider in Harbor Beach, MI is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join their team. This unique position offers a balanced blend of retail pharmacy and inpatient hospital experience, making it ideal for a pharmacist who values variety, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Review and monitor medication orders for accuracy, allergies, and drug interactions
• Prepare and admix intravenous medications following standard protocols
• Provide guidance and answer medication-related questions for staff and patients
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold patient safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams while also working independently when needed

Requirements:
What You Bring

• Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by ACPE
• Active Michigan Pharmacist license
• Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
