Role Overview
We are looking for experienced retail and pharmacy domain professionals to help create realistic, profession-based prompts and tasks used to evaluate advanced AI models.
In this role, you will design real-world scenarios based on actual workflows in retail operations, pharmacy environments, and customer-facing service roles. These prompts will be used to test how well AI systems perform in day-to-day professional situations.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in retail, pharmacy, store operations, or customer-facing environments who understand real operational workflows and decision-making processes.
Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST.
Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)
Duration of contract: 4 weeks
Location: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Nigeria, Ghana
Selection process: Online test related to AI Prompt Creation
What You’ll Do
• Create realistic, first-person prompts based on real job workflows
• Design tasks that reflect real-world retail, pharmacy, and customer-service scenarios
• Use relevant public data, product information, prescriptions, inventory lists, or documents as input material
• Ensure prompts are clear, structured, and aligned with real occupational responsibilities
• Review and refine tasks to ensure accuracy, realism, and completeness
• Follow structured guidelines for prompt writing and evaluation
• Collaborate with remote teams working on AI training and evaluation projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience in retail, pharmacy, store operations, or customer-facing service roles
• Degree in Business, Pharmacy, Management, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• For pharmacist profiles: Pharmacy degree and license (where applicable)
• Strong understanding of real-world retail or pharmacy workflows
• Ability to translate real job situations into clear, structured written instructions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail when writing and reviewing task descriptions
• Comfortable working with guidelines and following structured formats
• Good written English communication skills
• Experience in retail operations, pharmacy, customer service, or store management is strongly preferred
