We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Al Khor, Qatar. • Accurately dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter products with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established protocols
• Provide comprehensive and empathetic medication counseling to patients, including clear dosage instructions, potential side effects, drug interactions, and proper usage techniques
• Perform medication therapy management and clinical assessments to optimize patient outcomes and identify potential medication-related issues
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date patient records and prescription information while ensuring complete confidentiality and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication use, resolve discrepancies, and support clinical decision-making
• Manage pharmacy inventory levels efficiently, place orders strategically, and conduct regular quality control checks to maintain stock integrity
• Compound medications when necessary, following established procedures, guidelines, and quality standards with precision
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards specific to Qatar's healthcare system
• Supervise, mentor, and train pharmacy technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Stay current with the latest pharmaceutical advancements, clinical research, and industry trends through active participation in continuing education programs
• Analyze medication-related data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced patient safety
• Demonstrate innovative thinking in problem-solving and contribute to the development of pharmacy initiatives that enhance operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Valid pharmacist license to practice in Qatar (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
• Strong proficiency in medication dispensing, compounding, and pharmaceutical calculations

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Pharmacy
