Job Description

Demogen, laboratoire pharmaceutique exploitant, spécialisé dans les médicaments génériques hospitaliers injectables, recrute un Pharmacien Affaires Réglementaires et Pharmacien Responsable Intérimaire dans le cadre du développement de sa filiale française.

Missions

Poste à dominante opérationnelle au sein des Affaires Pharmaceutiques.

• Assurer le suivi opérationnel de la conformité réglementaire des médicaments exploités en France

• Réaliser la revue et le contrôle réglementaire des artworks (étiquetage, conditionnement, RCP, notices)
• Coordonner les activités réglementaires avec la maison mère et les partenaires (dépositaire, prestataires)
• Assurer le suivi des variations, mises à jour réglementaires et conformité produit
• Contribuer à la conformité documentaire et à la préparation des inspections ANSM
• Participer au maintien de la conformité des activités exploitant
• Assurer ponctuellement le rôle de Pharmacien Responsable Intérimaire (PRI) en cas d’absence du Pharmacien Responsable.

Requirements:
Profil

• Pharmacien diplômé, inscrit ou inscriptible en Section B

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Affaires Réglementaires, idéalement en environnement exploitant
• Expérience opérationnelle en gestion des artworks et conformité produit
• Expérience en produits hospitaliers et/ou injectables appréciée
• Connaissance de l’environnement exploitant (BPD, cadre réglementaire France)
• La connaissance de la revue des documents promotionnels et non promotionnels serait un plus
• Anglais professionnel
• Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités

Lyon – 100 % Présentiel

CDI – 70–80 k€ selon expérience
