The successful Laboratory Operations & Quality Support individual will provide operational, quality, and project support for the client’s laboratory programs by assisting end users with daily lab operations, maintenance planning, and business-critical processes. They will support process design, decision-making, and leadership initiatives to ensure efficient and compliant lab operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drafting and routing SOPs, change management documentation, NCs/CAPAs, and process documentation
• Preparing reports, presentations, trainings, and weekly quality updates
• Maintaining CMMS reports, inventory master data, SharePoint sites, and approver lists
• Supporting investigations, audits, and compliance activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientific teams, quality, compliance, maintenance, and project stakeholders to support lab expansions, construction projects, new technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform lab walkthroughs to assess operational readiness, ensure business continuity, and identify potential issues.
• Maintain compliance with all client and parent company SOPs, training requirements, safety standards, and site policies. Communicate effectively across departments regarding experimental risks, operational challenges, and major program updates.
• Balance multiple priorities, meet deliverables, and perform critical-thinking tasks in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Computer or similar
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills (e.g. Microsoft office suite, CMMS system)
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts within lab environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lean Process knowledge, Technical Writing Skills, Process Mapping (Visio)

The position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply.
