The Pharmaceutical CIP/COP Technical Coordinator role's purpose is to provide scientific administration support to the technical field service team serving Life Sciences customers.
This role will be based in Europe, in any of our Ecolab Offices.
It is a fixed term contract / 9-month maternity leave cover.
Main Responsibilities:
Interpret, and explain scientific and technical information gathered from the field service team
Reviewing and contributing to technical reports, assessments, and documentation
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as: (Chemistry, Biology / Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent life‑science field)
Fluent in English
Ability to understand, interpret, and explain scientific and technical information
Comfortable reviewing and contributing to technical reports, assessments, and documentation
Basic understanding of Laboratory or manufacturing environments
Basic understanding of Analytical concepts (e.g. residues, limits, methods) at a conceptual level
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data, calculations, and written justifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Solid academic exposure to scientific writing, data interpretation, and structured reporting
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within Europe
