We currently have a role available for a Pharma Sample Management Coordinator.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Establishing an effective streamlined sample management process for biological samples.

Utilizing Microsoft Office suite and other sample management systems.

Collaborating with key personnel in facilities and lab operations.

Properly handling temperature sensitive samples.

Planning, prioritizing and organizing workload and competing priorities.

Precisely preparing shipping documentation for both domestic and international shipments.  

Providing critical feedback to improve workflows and implementation of best practices.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

BS - Biology, Biochemistry or related field with 4-6 years of laboratory/ experience (preferably pharma), specifically with sample management. 

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

Works well both within a team and as an individual.

Proven ability to work under high-pressure environments preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail and organization required.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. consistently.

Demonstration of excellent team player and collaboration skills, very strong attention to detail, very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.

This is a day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time).
