We are looking for US Staffing Professional in Noida location.

Location: Noida.

Timings : Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)/(7.30 PM-4.30 AM)

Cab :- Company Paid Cab Facility (Pick & Drop)
Meal :- Company Paid Meal Facility(One time)

Other Benefits:- Employee Paid Medical Insurance and Attractive Incentives

Working Days – 5 Days.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements on a day to day basis.

• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.

• Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.

• We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.

• Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.

• Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model

• All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment

Candidate’s Profile

• Minimum 6 Months - 4 years of Experience in US Staffing working on Pharma/Healthcare clients
• Good understanding of Pharma terminology and US staffing industry.

• Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Pharma/Clinical Recruitment.

• Should have strong personal and professional ethics.

• Should be having hands on experience on working with direct clients.
