We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Mathematics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, concept-driven learning, and mentoring students for both board examinations and competitive exams. This role requires a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for diverse learners.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction for senior secondary students (Grades 11–12) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations with a focus on conceptual clarity, problem-solving skills, and exam readiness.
• Provide specialized coaching for competitive exams such as IIT JEE, including advanced problem-solving techniques and time management strategies.
• Design lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that cater to varying learning abilities.
• Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and test series for both board and competitive exam preparation.
• Incorporate modern teaching methodologies, digital tools, and real-life applications to enhance learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to align academic goals and share best practices.
• Participate in academic planning, parent-teacher meetings, and school activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Mathematics or equivalent).
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
• Strong academic record with a deep understanding of core mathematical concepts.

Experience

• 5 to 15 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Proven experience teaching Mathematics for CBSE Board (Grades 11–12).
• Demonstrated expertise in coaching students for IIT JEE (Main & Advanced level preferred).

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong subject knowledge in Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Probability.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Expertise in handling both board-level and competitive exam preparation simultaneously.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students towards academic excellence.
