Order Engineering Personalization Developer

Cuernavaca, Morelos - Hybrid

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Personalization Developer is responsible for developing and validating the personalization solutions to deliver to our factories and customers as well as managing the projects tasks to ensure on-time deliveries and the quality of projects deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer requirements and specifications during the project planning phase.
• Design, develop, validate, document creation (and updates), application reworking during personalization projects life cycle.
• Support Internal Stakeholders to define the most optimized and efficient way to fit customer requirements and weigh the feasibility of what’s possible in the production environment vs. what is not to deliver unique and creative solutions.
• Support Manufacturing application deployment, testing activities and related operational issues with support teams and database administrators to ensure a high-quality deliverable is admitted into the production environment.
• Develop data processing or embedded software solutions that follow the worldwide standard to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree related to software engineering, computer science, electronics and telecommunications engineering or any relevant field; and / or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Developer.
• Able to adapt and react to change.
• English language proficiency at intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a master’s degree from an Engineering school and have some significant (around 2 years) experience (professional/internships, academic or personal projects such a GIT Hub, Meet Ups, etc.).
• Knowledge of Java Script, Java, C/C++, Windows, Linux, MS Office, Oracle, My SQL, SQLite, SQL, Python
• Experience in manufacturing environments or working with manufacturing-related applications.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
