Key responsibilities: 
• Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience of different functions and rapidly learn the organisation. These rotations are conducted in person and include immersive, face-to-face experiences where you will connect, learn, and perform tasks under the supervision of the Coaches. 
• In support of the in person work immersion, you are required to complete relevant training to support your development. This training will be offered through online modules, in‑person meetings, and classroom sessions. 
Completed Undergraduate degree (within the last 2 years) or Postgraduate qualification (completed within the last 2 years or completing in 2026): 
• BCom (Finance/Risk) 
• BCom (with Risk Management as a major) 
• BCom Law 
• BA Law 
• Postgraduate in Risk Management 
Minimum Requirements: 
• Must be a South African citizen. 
• Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months.  
• Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. 
Programme duration: 12 months
