• Localise and execute the PPB strategy in alignment with domain and country priorities.
• Develop and implement client value propositions to drive acquisition, retention, and overall client growth.
• Ensure high‑quality client experiences by driving behaviours that enhance engagement, personalised solutions, and client servicing.
• Lead financial and value management, including capital, liquidity, and performance metrics to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end risk management, ensuring governance compliance, satisfactory audits, and effective recovery and resolution plans.
• Drive product and solution implementation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, domain standards, and client needs.
• Ensure technology and data effectiveness, guaranteeing that systems support PPB strategy and client insights inform decision‑making.
• Uphold People & Culture standards, ensuring strong leadership, employee alignment, and organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or relevant field of study and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Or

• Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Business Leadership or relevant field of study and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Experience

• 10-15 years significant consumer sales and service experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in developing and executing value propositions across the client value chain that work for consumers in growing and rapidly evolving markets, with specific experience in the country market.
• Proven track record in high-level leadership in organisations of comparable size and complexity.
• Understanding of digital, open banking and platform integration into customer segments.
