Key Duties & Responsibilities
More specifically:
Take charge of client accounts by reviewing risk and underwriting information to deliver the best insurance solutions
Prepare and process quotes, policies, renewals, and changes quickly and accurately
Keep coverage competitive by remarketing policies as needed
Drive growth by actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
Ensure clients’ needs are met with timely follow-ups and problem-solving
Contribute to a positive, customer-first culture where service excellence comes first
Qualifications
Must be RIBO licensed.
Minimum 2-years Personal Lines experience.
Proven track record servicing an assigned book of business.
Remain current and develop expertise in assigned markets and stay open to new market opportunities.
Demonstrated relationship building expertise.
Must remain professional and juggle multiple priorities.
Working knowledge of PowerBroker and EPIC is an asset.
