Personal Injury Paralegal

Salary: $35 - 38/hr with full benefits.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake through settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload, and experience working with medical records, insurance companies, and court filings.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct client intake and maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses
• Prepare demand packages for submission to insurance companies
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and settlements
• Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and court scheduling requirements
• Assist attorneys with deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and court personnel
• Prepare settlement documents and assist with lien resolution

Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Paralegal certificate preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff side preferred)
• Knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
• Experience drafting legal documents and managing discovery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
