Case File Management
Open insurance claims and prepare/send letters of representation. Coordinate and track clients’ medical treatments. Collect, organize, and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation. Obtain police reports, traffic reports, photos, and client intake documents. Open Medi-Cal and Medicare claims. Maintain efficient case workflow, ensuring accuracy and timely task execution.
Client & Provider Coordination
Provide periodic case updates and support to clients. Conduct Zoom meetings with clients and team members. Build strong relationships with medical providers and other stakeholders. Perform negotiation and reduction of medical bills. Make outbound calls to providers requesting reductions.
Attorney Support
Assist treating attorney with case preparation and administrative needs. Maintain case records, statistics, expenses, and reporting documentation. Conduct narrative and data reporting required by funders or internal leadership.
Program & Data Quality
Review data for accuracy and compliance with agency requirements. Identify emerging client needs and recommend service improvements. Compile and analyze satisfaction surveys. Collaborate across departments (Settlement, Intake, Employment, Schools Programs, Language Services) to ensure seamless service delivery.
