Lawyer Responsibilities:
As a Lawyer at Zinda Law Group, you will:
Manage a caseload of personal injury lawsuits from intake through trial or settlement
Draft and respond to motions, utilizing a strong command of litigation strategy and legal procedure
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service throughout each case
Apply your knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence to develop winning strategies
Work collaboratively with support staff and fellow trial attorneys to secure life-changing results for our clients
Qualifications for this Attorney Job:
JD from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar
Demonstrated experience drafting motions and handling litigation
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Adept knowledge of trial procedure and legal best practices
A desire to become an elite plaintiff attorney with a strong work ethic and team mentality
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
