Role Overview
As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage case progress, coordinate medical documentation, and communicate with insurance companies. You will work closely with attorneys and healthcare providers to ensure cases move efficiently and clients receive exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support
Collect and organize medical records, bills, and treatment documentation
Coordinate communication between clients, providers, and insurance adjusters
Track case progress, deadlines, and claim status
Maintain organized digital case files and documentation
Assist in preparing case summaries and reports
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on case strategy
Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance requirements
Monitor productivity using Time Doctor
Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
3 - 5 years of experience in personal injury, legal case management, healthcare coordination, or similar role
Experience handling medical records and documentation preferred
Familiarity with insurance claims process preferred
Experience with case management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background
Personal injury law firm experience
Medical or healthcare administration exposure
Experience in preparing demand packages
