This role is ideal for attorneys who want to focus on client advocacy and case resolution without courtroom responsibilities.

No depositions. No court appearances. No trial prep.
Just meaningful work helping clients and securing strong settlements.

What You’ll Do

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters

Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through the legal process

Investigate claims, review medical records, and build strong cases

Negotiate with insurance carriers and lien holders

Collaborate with legal assistants, intake, and support staff

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin Bar license (in good standing)

2+ years of experience (personal injury preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality
