As an attorney in a leadership role, you will guide others, elevate team performance, and help shape what we are building as the firm continues to grow.

Qualified candidates will have:  

Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school and admission to the State of New York Bar. 

Three (3) or more years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury or personal injury insurance defense. Experience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases is preferred.   

Demonstrated strong technological and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.  

Demonstrated ability to be compassionate, a willingness to embrace challenge, and a strong sense of self-direction, team-orientation, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Compensation: Competitive base salary supplemented by substantial performance-based compensation. High performers earn well above typical market ranges and there is no cap on total earnings.
