Bene Aged Care is currently seeking compassionate and committed Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our team on a casual/part-time basis at our St Pauls facility in Hahndorf. About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will play an essential role in supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, while upholding their dignity, choice, and independence.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with daily personal care needs including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Providing emotional and social support aligned with individual care plans
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour to nursing staff
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supporting residents’ independence, dignity, privacy, and rights
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Adhering to infection control, WHS, and organisational policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Previous experience in residential aged care
Genuine interest in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to respectful, compassionate service
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
