Personal Care Attendants - Barridale Lodge

We are currently seeking caring, experienced and enthusiastic PCAs to join our Barridale Lodge for an immediate start on a casual or part-time basis.

Elderbloom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit organisation situated in the northern suburbs and we offer a range of high-quality aged care accommodation and support services.

As an Elderbloom PCA and a member our dynamic care team you will be:

Providing high quality resident focused personal care and support
Working collaboratively with fellow clinical and care team members
Completing care reporting and documentation requirements

To be a successful applicant you will be/have:

Certificate 3 in Aged Care
A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
A person-centred approach to your role with a focus on customer service
Reliable and flexible
Computer literacy and excellent communication skills

Essential criteria for this position includes:

Proof of current flu vaccination status
Proof of current COVID vaccination status
Agreement to undergo Criminal Clearance Check
Right to work in Australia
