About The Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our local care team as Personal Care Workers. You will provide personalised care and support to our clients to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community. Your tasks may include;

Assisting with daily activities: Helping clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
Mobility support: Aiding clients in moving around their home or community, including transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation.
Domestic Assistance: Assisting with light cleaning and housekeeping duties.

We have a range of shifts available between 7am - 2pm.

About You

You have a compassionate spirit and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. You also have;

Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant PC qualification)
NDIS Worker Screen
WWCC
Victorian Driver Licence, your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle
CPR & First Aid Certificates
A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
