Job Title: Life Manager to Nehemiah Davis

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: In-Person + Remote)
Compensation: $5,000–$7,000 per month (1099 Contractor)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST + Weekend Availability as Needed

About the Role

Nehemiah Davis is seeking a high-performance Life Manager to serve as a strategic right hand across both business and personal operations.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. This position requires someone who can seamlessly integrate into a fast-paced entrepreneurial lifestyle, manage complexity, anticipate needs, and operate with urgency, discretion, and independence.

The Life Manager will be responsible for protecting Nehemiah’s time, optimizing daily operations, coordinating vendors and properties, and managing personal logistics — while also supporting light business initiatives and project coordination.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, highly organized, adaptable, and energized by high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Management

• Own and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
• Coordinate meetings, calls, events, and travel
• Proactively manage conflicts and shifting priorities
• Protect executive time and enforce structure

Administrative & Operational Support

• Email triage and follow-ups
• Vendor coordination and contract tracking
• Light project management across business initiatives
• Research, booking, and logistics coordination
• Track tasks, commitments, and deliverables

Personal & Lifestyle Management

• Manage appointments (medical, grooming, etc.)
• Oversee shopping and personal errands
• Event planning (personal and professional)
• Property and household management
• Coordinate maintenance, services, and home vendors

Travel Management

• Book and manage domestic and international travel
• Prepare detailed itineraries
• Travel alongside executive when required
• Handle last-minute travel changes


Requirements:

This role is best suited for someone flexible and unattached, as frequent travel and occasional weekend availability will be required.
