Position Summary: A highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) is sought to support a company director. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for diary and schedule management, handling correspondence, administrative support, meeting coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the director's diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and office organization.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Assist with project management tasks, including tracking project progress and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for the director and other team members as needed.
• Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
