Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time. 2 days per week. Core day Tuesday, flexible 2nd day.
Salary: approx. €45,000 pro-rata
This role may require in-person attendance for after-hours/evening Committee meetings

Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) is the national organisation representing, promoting and developing co-operative housing in Ireland. Since our foundation in 1973 we have provided over 5,700 homes through homeownership, shared ownership and social rented co-operatives. As an Approved Housing Body (AHB), we work with various stakeholders in the housing sector, including Local Authorities, Government, aspiring homeowners, tenants and developers. We currently manage over 6,708 properties across Ireland.
Role:
Co-operative Housing Ireland are seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to provide a comprehensive and confidential PA service to the Director of Finance. This role will be based in Co-operative Housing Ireland’s Head Office, located at Warrington Place, Dublin 2.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the administration of the Board Effect Software portal for the Audit, Assurance and Finance (AAF) Committee. This includes uploading Committee meeting packs including minutes, agenda, documentation.
Handling AAF Committee correspondence, meeting date setting etc
Minute taking at AAF meetings normally held on Tuesdays (average 2 meetings per month)
Secretarial support for Inter- committee (Sub Board) meetings within CHI
Compilation of action trackers arising from meeting decisions and updates
Secretarial support for meetings held of the CHI Finance Group
Secretarial support arising from Director of Finance participation of the Housing Alliance and ISCH Finance Working Groups
Secretarial/admin support generally to the Director of Finance
Requirements
Fluent oral and written English
Competent in using Microsoft Suite including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, One Drive/Share files
Company secretarial skills including minute taking
Professional disposition with experience dealing with Boards /Committees
Attention to detail
Integrity and confidentiality are prerequisites
Knowledge of Finance an advantage
